We are a Real Estate investing company that focuses on helping home owners find a way to sell their home as quickly and profitably as possible regardless of their current personal or financial situation. We also help buyers find ways to buy their dream home, even when the banks don't want to cooperare. Sometimes our methods are somewhat creative and unconventional but most often that is what is required to achieve your goals when more traditional efforts have failed.

New Dream Home Solutions is a family owned and operated business. In 2008 Founder, Bob Yon saw friends and neighbors struggling to survive financially through the banking and housing crisis facing our country today. In prior years he had been a realtor so he understands the housing market and could clearly see what was happening. At his core, Bob is a problem solver so, in his home town of Salisbury, NC, Bob began to develop creative solutions to the problems home owners are facing in today’s housing market. Utilizing his own experience and partnering with other top housing professionals he has developed a system of creative financial solutions that meets the needs of home owners that are not being met by the traditional real state and banking industries.

Together with his family; wife, June; son, Jason; and daughter, Angela; they have built a business that they know will change the lives of home owners. Providing a new dream to people who once couldn’t see how to ever get out of their current crisis, the Yon family is on a mission to build a brighter tomorrow!

We are committed to helping people solve their housing problems. We would like nothing more than to help everyone find solutions. However, we realize that there are some problems for which our solutions are not the best approach. When that happens we will politely let you know and will recommend other professionals that may be able to provide you a better solution. In return we ask for two things. 1- if you feel we have not heard you clearly and the solution we propose is not the right one for you, please let us know. And 2 - whether we are able to do business together or not, please refer your friends and neighbors to us. Maybe we can help them.
